Даётся обзор наиболее распространенных подходов в психологии и управлении человеческими ресурсами к определению понятия «вовлечённость работников». На основе анализа существующих трактовок авторы предлагают сужение и уточнение данного понятия для сферы управления человеческими ресурсами с акцентом на поведенческом компоненте, а именно на нормативном и сверхнормативном поведении в рамках конкретной организации. Проводится сравнение вовлечённости различных должностных групп сотрудников российской туристической компании по результатам эмпирического исследования 2014 г., проведённого методом анкетного опроса. |
