| Раскрывается сложная взаимосвязь между «зеленым» управлением персоналом и экологическими показателями в гостиничном секторе пакистанского региона Гилгит-Балтистан. Актуальность исследования обусловлена растущими глобальными требованиями к устойчивому развитию и высоким уровнем ожиданий со стороны регулирующих органов в связи со стремлением к достижению целей устойчивого развития. Используется ресурсный подход в качестве теоретической основы анализа связи между практиками «зеленого» управления человеческими ресурсами (GHRM) и результативностью экологической деятельности. Исследуется опосредующий механизм организационного экологического гражданского поведения - темы, которая недостаточно изучена. Статья основана на обзоре литературы о практиках GHRM и связи между ними. Полученные результаты подтвердили значительный эффект «зеленых» методов управления персоналом в отношении результативности их экологической деятельности. |
