ЛИДЕРСТВО В КРИЗИСНЫХ СИТУАЦИЯХ: ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ ЛИДЕРОВ И ИННОВАЦИИ |

Рассматривается критическая роль лидерства во время кризиса COVID-19. В центре внимания статьи, как характеристики лидеров определяют их способность содействовать адаптивности и инновациям во время кризисов. На основе теории активизации черт исследуется, как лидеры черпают знания из преодоления кризисных ситуаций и проявляют поведение, способствующее жизнеспособности организации и инновациям. Используются теории хаоса и сложности, которые пытаются объяснить непредсказуемую и динамичную природу организационных систем и их чувствительность к кризисам. Интегрируя эти две теоретические основы, авторы определяют черты лидерства - гибкость, креативность, предпринимательский склад ума и склонность к риску - как важнейшие для руководства организацией в сложной и изменчивой среде и способствующие выживанию и производительности организации в условиях кризиса. Предложена точка зрения, что главное в лидерстве в условиях кризиса - это гибкость. |
