Аннотация
Цель статьи - развитие концепции самоуправления здоровьем людей с рассеянным склерозом (РС) для исключения риска заражения коронавирусной инфекцией в пандемию COVID-19 и сохранения жизни. Выполнен анализ литературы в области самоуправления здоровьем во время пандемии COVID-19 и эффективности цифровых технологий самореабилитации, повышающих в этих условиях качество жизни людей с РС. Результаты доказывают, что современные цифровые технологии самореабилитации должны быть высокоперсонализованными для людей с разными проявлениями РС, осуществляться в условиях социального дистанцирования и быть доступными для дистанционного контроля и управления со стороны врачей. Пандемия COVID-19 актуализирует минимизацию и даже исключение риска заражения коронавирусной инфекцией больных РС, что определяет высокую востребованность для них персонализованных цифровых технологий самореабилитации.
