Аннотация
Рассматриваются ключевые вопросы, связанные с экономическими и социальными аспектами трудо- устройства людей с ограниченными возможностями. Актуальными видятся такие вопросы: какую роль игра- ет организационная культура в трудоустройстве людей с ограниченными возможностями? как это облегчает или затрудняет их возможности трудоустройства и продвижения по службе и как организации могут разви- вать поддерживающие культуры, которые помогают людям с ограниченными возможностями, инвалидам и организации в целом? Организационная культура может создавать поведенческие, а также физические барье- ры для работников и соискателей с ограниченными возможностями. В этом исследовании делается вывод о том, что, если необходимо значительно улучшить перспективы трудоустройства людей с инвалидностью, следует обратить внимание на то, каким образом организационная культура способствует или ставит заслон созданию препятствий для работников с ограниченными возможностями и как эти препятствия могут быть устранены или преодолены. В конечном итоге делаются выводы, что организационная культура и обще- ственное мнение должны измениться, если люди с инвалидностью должны быть приняты и интегрированы в трудовую деятельность.
